Completed Non-Disclosure Agreement.
Business/Tax (GST/PST) registration information in Canada and company's Logo.
A picture ID is required at the time of signing contract.
Voided pre-Printed company check or credit card information – This is mandatory.
Minimum 9 to 5 working hours and phone support for your clients.
Applicants must be qualified resellers of technology products. Therefore, we require you have knowledge of Networking, phones and Internet.
A minimum commitment of 5 clients per month or 60 clients per year.
All purchases from Gemstelecom/Cronomagic are intended for resale only within Canada.

Once your information is received and verified, we will inform you if you qualify for a reseller account. The administration fee will then be charged. All accounts are initially setup with credit card terms, but net 20 terms are available upon request, subject to approval. Once completed documentation is received, please allow 3 to 5 days for your account to be set up. Accounts with low sales activity may be deleted and customer accounts transfer to standard internet account as priced on the Gemstelecom web site at without notification on a periodic basis.
